me and said I should tell you. In order to celebrate a significant
event in her life, Otivern set out to do something special for
herself. She went to a new, innovative hair salon to have her hair
frosted. She left with a cake on her head!! She thinks that she
might like it as no one else is sporting such an unusual "do".
