1. How do I place an order?
Next to each item in our web store you will see a space for a Quantity which is set to start at 0. Type in the quantity desired and hit the add to cart button next to each item. If you order more than 1 item on a page you must still change the quantity of each item and hit the add to cart button for each item. When you add something to the cart, a new window will open up and request your zip code for the shipping charges. Input your zip code and then you will see your order. You may make changes to your order on that page, click on the continue shopping button, or check out.

2. When will I receive my order?
Usually Orders are shipped within 24 to 36 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If you order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you via email. Orders are shipped by your choice shipping method: Priority Mail, UPS Ground, FedEx or Media Mail.

3. How can I speak to a real person?
Certainly, please call toll free at 866-382-9290. We are here Monday rhrough Friday 8:30am to 3:00pm daily, Saturday occasionally and any other time by chance.

4. How do you calculate shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on weight and size. We do our best to determine that information to acquire accurate shipping charges. Unfortunately, our shipping suppliers add additional unforeseen charges such as Fuel surcharges and residential delivery charges. We do our best to ship your items in the most economical method. Sometime charges will exceed the cart supplied shipping price but we are accurate 90% of the time.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship globally. We use airmail and global priority. We cannot falsify the item cost but we will at the very least list the wholesale cost on the paperwork.

6. How can I track my order?
If we ship your order via UPS, we will email you the tracking information. If we ship your order Priority mail, we send it with a confirmation of delivery receipt and we can forward the information to you upon request.

7. Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to charge sales tax for all sales that are shipped within the state of Virginia. We do not collect sales tax for any other states. We only charge sales tax on our goods not shipping or labor.
