Terms:
To qualify for discounted pricing, you must have a business license and a sales tax id number. Your first order must be $125.00. Please fill out the wholesale application and fax it along with your sales tax id certificate. All accounts will be setup within 24 hours of application receipt. Your username and password will be emailed to the address listed on the application. Once you receive this information, you may log in and place orders via the secure website.
Payment:
At this time, we can only accept MasterCard, Visa, Diner's Club, Discover and Paypal pre-payments.
Shipping:
We ship all order via Priority Mail or FedEx (which every method that you have chosen). Please note that if your shipping address is considered residential, additional fees will be added by the FedEx and UPS. We charge the exact shipping charges without handling fees.
